Naturopathy covers a wide spectrum of natural therapies from diagnosis (eye diagnosis, blood/ organ analysis, allergy testing) to treatment (herbs, vitamins, minerals, biochemistry, diet and nutrition, massage, aromatherapy, acupressure, 'beauty therapies', reflexology, clinical hypnotherapy, acupuncture, counselling & life coaching sessions, etc). Its healing abilities are based on the use of natural products which the body needs and recognises as important to maintain good health and well-being.

Consultations

Your initial Naturopathic consultation will include eye diagnosis, blood or organ analysis, and recommendations for treatment.

Remedial Massage

Remedial Massage appointments include massage, aromatherapy and, if appropriate and time permits, acupuncture or energy balancing.

Appointments

Appointments for other therapies (e.g. facials, reflexology, hypnotherapy) are devoted entirely to those processes.
